The Company is in search of buyer that will fully commercialize its unique and patented biofeedback device for the treatment of dysphagia. Dysphagia is a common and costly problem. Effective solutions include intensive swallowing exercises, but solutions include intensive swallowing exercises, but these are rarely completed by patients with the intensity and frequency prescribed. Untreated or under-treated dysphagia results in poor health outcomes for patients such as dehydration, malnutrition, placement of feeding tubes, aspiration pneumonia, depression and death. The Company’s device has received FDA 510K Class II clearance and has both US and Canadian patents.
