The business has no debt or leases on the equipment. The main color and b/w printers were purchased in March 2024 at the end of lease. Prior to that the equipment had always been leased and updated every 5 years. The equipment is under a yearly maintenance agreement with Ricoh. The maintenance is charged based on the clicks used on a monthly basis.

The future owner could offer an ecommerce website. This is a service provided by the franchise at no cost as part of the agreement. The franchise runs our website, file transfer and ecommerce site as part of the agreement. Owners who have started using that offering have seen on average a 10% increase in revenue.
