Established in 2021, this company specializes in high-efficiency pressure pumping for the oil and gas industry. The company is offering 10-30% ownership to bring in necessary capital for the existing fleets to mobilize, in addition for the opportunity to scale operations, and ultimately position itself for acquisition.

The company currently has assets valued at $58 million with a 2025 forecasted revenue goal of $100 million and $30 million of EBITDA, utilizing the existing two fleets. The company’s plan for the future is to add a third fleet in 2025, the 4th and 5th fleet in 2026, and a possible 6th fleet in 2027. The target is to have 5-6 fleets bringing in $600 million in revenue and earning $180 million in EBITDA by 2027.

2022 produced $86 million of revenue with just under $15 million in EBITDA, followed by $62 million revenue and $4.8 million EBITDA in 2023. 2024 was met with a reduction of fracking demand, and the majority of the year was focused on maintenance of the existing fleet.
