This Center City Food Market - Beer Store (not necessarily in that order) has grown into one of the favorite beer sales locations in the area. The store has an E liquor license and also a Sunday sales permit. The owner has a lease that currently runs through April 30th 2025 and has an option to extend the lease through April 30th 2035. The difference in the monthly rent paid now versus in 2035 is only 900 dollars a month.
that means that over 13 years the lease only increases 13 percent and that is in stages. The lease does not include taxes which at the current time are 4,500 dollars a year The owner had been working part time for a few years with one employee.
