Two of the company’s largest customers have been with the company since inception, showing both the high level of customer retention as well as scalability of the model. Ownership has always been selective about potential customers and cherry picks only those with whom they wish to build a long-term relationship with at the best terms. While the bulk of revenue comes from fulfillment and logistics on behalf of their commercial clients, two other revenue streams are e- commerce and the storage of unsold goods.

The business employs a double-digit crew excluding ownership. Staff roles include personnel in assembly line production, pick, pack and ship department for ecommerce, a client services coordinator, shipping and receiving staff, and a production supervisor who oversees day to day operations.

Many staff members have been cross trained to allow for consistent production in the event of employee turnover, sickness and vacation. Pay ranges are between $17.50 per/hr for junior assembly line team members to $25 per/hr for the production supervisor. All roles are full-time. Ownership’s involvement is limited to administrative and payroll functions, an annual trade show where they conduct business development and the occasional onsite visit for special projects.
