Steve began his Franchise business career as a Franchise owner with Sanford Rose Associates in 2005. SRA was an established and mature Executive Search business franchise with over 60 locations around the U.S. and a reputation with top employers as a solid resource to obtain qualified Management, Senior Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Operations and other strategic employees needed for critical job openings. 20 years later, I am still actively involved with many of the top performing Franchisors in multiple business sectors and help recruit and place candidates into resale locations around the U.S. Steve is currently a member of the Orlando, FL based Franchise Brokers Association (FBA) and has the support of a large team of full-time FBA staff to assist with researching and promoting the best and most reputable franchises. On Steve's office team is a former CEO of a very successful Oregon based franchise network that operated over 70 locations.
