Company Overview
VR Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is a boutique firm serving small and mid-sized privately-held companies. VR located in Wyomissing was established in 2006 and is led by Raymond Melcher Jr., a former bank CEO. Through his many years of serving middle market bank clients, Mr. Melcher recognized a need throughout southeastern and central Pennsylvania for professional M&A advisory services in the region. We are professionals experienced in all aspects of M&A transactions including marketing, negotiating, structuring, financing and transition planning. We seek to build long-term relationships with our clients that often begin well before they are ready to sell a business and long after the transaction has been closed. This relationship approach enables us to provide the best advice for our clients, which encompasses working with clients’ financial and legal advisors to ensure that when it is time for a transaction, we negotiate the financial and non-financial issues to produce the best possible results for our clients.
