Mills Cubbage serves as the Vice President of Bull Street Mergers. As VP, Mills is responsible for the internal and external growth of Bull Street Mergers, leveraging his expertise in business development to identify and cultivate opportunities that contribute to the firm’s continued success and expansion. Mills oversees all day to day operations within the firm and directly manages Bull Street’s team of M&A Advisors.

Mills brings a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach to his work. His dedication to excellence, coupled with his strong interpersonal skills, enables him to forge meaningful relationships with clients and industry partners alike.

Mills was born and raised in Greenville, SC and graduated from Clemson University in 2017. Mills is also a graduate of the Harvard Law School Mergers and Acquisitions Executive Leadership program (’24).

In his personal life, Mills is an avid Clemson football fan and enjoys attending games with his friends and family.
