Duran Advisors is the product of my nine years as owner of Sunbelt Business Brokers of New Orleans and three and a half years as an M&A intermediary with Starmont Advisors. I have sold over 100 businesses and worked with hundreds of Main Street and lower-middle market business owners. 

When you are a hammer, everything looks like a nail. At Sunbelt, I looked at what they were doing and knew there was a better way. Today, with Duran Advisors, the process has changed to focus on identifying client problems and pain points to find a solution that solves the problem, even if it does not involve the sale of the company. Our sale process works with, instead of against, the seller's professional advisor team, which includes the CPA, financial advisor, and attorney. We use the latest technology to empower sellers with a completely transparent process that allows them to view the status of buyers' leads in real time.
