One of my main roles is helping people better understand how the franchise industry works in today’s business world and if it is right for them. My approach to this industry is different from the norm, as I like to focus on my client’s lifestyle desires and financial absolutes that they want to achieve. I help my clients determine if the franchise industry is a way to attain those absolutes and desires and if it is, which business models will get them there. For me, it is all about your goals; the business itself is just a tool, a means for you to achieve your goals. The Franchise Industry is the 4th largest industry in the nation. There are over 3400 highly regulated business models operating in this country every day. I have a portfolio of over 725 of America’s top-tier franchises in 32 major industries. Of those, 558 are SBA registered and approved and over 240 can be acquired or $50,000 or less upfront. There are 405 that offer a passive or semi-absentee model, and there are 431 across the industries that are less than $150,000 all-in. There is a good chance that a franchise is a fit for you, your budget, and your plans for your future. I have a variety of models that offer semi-absentee ownership in my portfolio and a few Developer and Master Franchise models as well. These latter models bring in additional streams of passive income while allowing you to manage the business from a CEO role.
