Fred Kaempffe IV, MD – Owner: Fred is an orthopedic surgeon and has practiced in upstate New York for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in the development of quality management systems, operational processes, commercial real estate development, hospital administration, and development/management of medical private practice models.
