Al Fialkovich is a visionary entrepreneur and CEO of Prospere Companies, which includes Transworld Business Advisors, Transworld Commercial Real Estate, Transworld M&A, Prospere Private Equity, and Exit Factor. He and his wife, Jessica, began their journey in business right after college, driving them to create a streamlined business exit strategy. Under Al's leadership, Prospere has grown to become the #1 business brokerage firm in the U.S. since 2016, with over 450 businesses for sale and a 300% year-over-year revenue growth. He leads a team of 85, committed to scaling businesses through strategic mergers and acquisitions while also serving small businesses, the heart of the country. Al is also the Managing Director of Transworld M&A, overseeing strategic partnerships. Outside of work, Al enjoys traveling with his family, including his wife, their son Brix, and their two dogs, Maverick and Scout.
